Terms of Service

Bids may be made in person, by phone, or online. Bidders are required register and present a cashier’s check made out to M&M Title at registration. There are no exceptions. Checks will be returned immediately after the auction to unsuccessful bidders. Realtors who intend on representing a bidder must register at least 48 hours before the auction and present their client’s opening bid. If their clients are the winning bidders, the realtor will be entitled to 2% of their client’s opening bid and 1% of the advancement. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid. Please take this into consideration while bidding. The property is sold as-is, where-is, no contingencies for inspections or financing.
